How to link Pan Card with Aadhar Card?

How to link Aadhaar?

After checking status above you find that your Aadhaar is not linked to PAN, then you need to link your Pan card and Aadhar card. You can also link Aadhar and Pan Card online by yourself. Click on the link in the Quick Link option on the left side on the website of the Income Tax Department. 

If you do not have an account, register first. Here you have to fill the details of your PAN, Aadhaar number and name. After this, OTP will come on mobile. After filling it, you will be done.

You can also link via message. For this, type UIDPN in the capital letter followed by your 12 digit Aadhaar number by giving space and then type a 10 digit PAN number by giving space. Send this SMS to 567678 or 56161.
